Hi, I had to reformat my hard drive and use system recovery discs to reinstall Windows 7 on my computer. I had Norton Internet Security installed before I had to reformat the hard drive but Norton was not working along with everything else. Is there a way to reactivate my old subscription without using the last download on my account. I have saved a small file from Norton with the security Key Number and also have access to my account which shows I have 1 download remaining. I May have to do this all again with our other computer.
