If you re porting an existing number, call Sprint customer service at 1-888-211-4727 to complete your phone number transfer. You may be asked to supply personal information such as your billing address, account number, PIN, and/or Social Security Number. While successful activation should occur immediately, your phone number transfer may take some time. It can take up to 24 hours for wireless transfers and 5-7 days for land line transfers.
If you aren t able to activate your service right away, Amazon will automatically port your number 14 days from the shipment date. Your shipment date can be found in Your Account.
